3.2. Pricing and Payment

4.1. Deposits
If a deposit is required for a kitten or cat, the deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. A deposit will secure your reservation for a specific kitten or cat, and the balance must be paid by the agreed-upon date.
4.2. Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping and delivery options that may vary depending on your location. Additional fees may apply for shipping or the use of services such as a flight nanny. You are responsible for any risks associated with the transportation of the animal once it leaves our care.
4.3. Health Guarantee
We provide a health guarantee for a period of 72 hours after delivery or pick-up, during which time you may take the kitten or cat to a licensed veterinarian for a wellness check. Any claims regarding the health of the kitten or cat must be supported by written documentation from a veterinarian and submitted to us within this 72-hour period.
After the 72-hour period, we are not liable for any health-related issues, including but not limited to genetic conditions, diseases, or parasites, unless otherwise stated in a specific health warranty agreement provided to you at the time of sale.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
All sales are final, and refunds will not be issued once payment has been processed, except in cases where Maine Coon Castle, LLC is unable to deliver the kitten or cat as agreed. In such cases, we will provide you with a full refund or the option to choose another kitten or cat, subject to availability.
Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If you cancel an order after placing a deposit, the deposit will not be refunded.
